Slavery In New York

The detailed and very revealing story paints a dark picture of the diplomat and his immediate family as being abusive and untrustworthy, even allegedly acquiring a diplomatic passport for the complainant but not giving her their agreed upon contract of employment and subjecting her to verbal abuse, among others.

One telling footnote in the report is that Mr. Baja is said to be foreign affairs adviser to Senate president Manny Villa

Equally revealing is how, based on the report, Baja was allegedly able to easily get a ‘red passport’ for the complainant even as she is not qualified to have one.
