The photograph which appears to have been taken fairly recently was emailed, and then twitted to this writer with the query: “can anybody please tell me where and when this image was taken?”
Was this a dinner in the Philippines ore abroad?
Could this be connected to the controversy in involving the New York Post report on President Arroyo and friend having dinner at Le Cirque Restaurant in New York?
All that I can make out from the image is there appear to be 8 other person in the main table with the 9th personality who looks like President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo,
Standing behind the dinner group on the far right side is someone who looks like a female security officer.
Six other unidentifiable persons in the next table are partly visible.
