Sen. Ping Lacson In The Dock: The Dacer-Corbito Double Murder

January 8, 2010

It’s just as well.

With two murder charges now filed against him, Senator Panfilo Jr. will have his day in court.

Prosecutors say there’s probable cause to hold Lacson responsible for the abduction and death of public relation practitioner Bubby Dacer and his driver, Emmanuel Corbito.

While asserting that the capital offense he’s being accused of are politically motivated, Mr. Lacson knows full well this is the only way his tarnished name can be cleared and the only way for him to regain political capital enough to effectively seek higher elective office.

Lacson is among the ‘prized’ enemies of the Arroyo administration and his implication in the sensational double murder threw the proverbial monkey wrench into his 2010 presidential hopes.

But the nagging question is whether Lacson’s trial will actually lead to the long-rumored mastermind/s.

I am not referring only to former President  Joseph Estrada.

This is very welcome news! And I hope something will come out of it in sense of justice, and all these stupid criminals, including estrada, the jimeneses, teehankee, jalosjos and especially the ampatuans, g. arroyo and all other succubi, who have no compunction to snuff human lives just because they have money, be destroyed with utmost difficulty and agony imagineable; everyone of them deserves it.
