Alleged Leaker of Bogus Noynoy Psych Report Tagged

April 11, 2010

Who is Atty. Ariel Radovan?
His name has now surfaced as the individual suspected of having floated that sensational bogus report that disparaged Liberal Party standard bearer Noynoy Aquino as supposedly suffering from “a major depressive disorder.”

Late last week the Liberal Party Secretary General, Atty. Chito Gascon was reported to have told DZMM  radio that the a certain Radovan was believed to have published the bogus report in his blog hosted on which has since been “deleted by the owner.”

Here’s how ABS-CBN reported on Sen. Aquino’s reaction to the obvious black propaganda attack:

Political blogger Patricio Mangubat is now reporting this:

Ariel Radovan, an attorney by profession and a legal consultant/provincial legal counsel of former Quezon governor Willy Mark Enverga and now Quezon 1st district Congressman, is allegedly the one behind the uploading of a fake psychiatric record of Liberal party standard-bearer Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III. That’s according to the Liberal Party. He is seen here with Nacionalista-NPC vice presidential candidate Loren Legarda.

Ariel Diosdado Radovan was born on July 24, 1963, finished secondary grades at Maryhill Academy class 1979 in Lucena City and law at San Sebastian in 1987. He got a masters degree in international law at San Beda College of Law in 2009. He is married and has three children.

He once served as a member of the FPJ legal team, and prides himself as an “expert” in foreign and diplomatic relations. Sources say he is working for the Nacionalista, since his boss, Cong. Enverga is Manny Villar’s Congressional candidate for the 1st district.

Cong. Enverga is one of those who favor Con-Ass.

He is now being accused of spreading the fake report. I urge Ariel Radovan to come forward and illuminate us on this issue.

ABC-News has been reporting that its own facsimile copy of the errant psychological evaluation report came from unidentified sources from the Nacionalista Party.

Mr. Radovan is apparently aware of his having been fingered as originator of the bogus report.

Below is a screengrab of his exchange on FaceBook with two friends:
